This 30 minute instructor led cardio based group class has levels of intensity. We use our bodyweight, dumbbells, and resistance bands to get to our goal.

This instructor led 20 minute class is designed to shape and tone those gluteus. See how you can tone and reshape that body that makes all heads turn.
D. Saturday Bootcamp
This 60 minute weekend class is designed to challenge you to push you beyond your normal exercise level.

we create a fitness plan that fits your lifestyle as well as will reach your goals. The plan is designed for those who may not have the resources for a personal trainer but still desire to be accountable to one and receive instruction, direction and encouragement along the way.
